DynoJet 250i Rolling Road

Our DynoJet 250i rolling road setup can measure power output up to 750bhp and true speeds up to 320 kph enabling us to record your bikes performance through the entire engine rpm range in all gears while at the same time monitoring the air/fuel ratio. The dynamometer enables us to repeatedly test any adjustments we make to your bikes fulling using a Power Commander for fuel injected bikes or a jet kit for carburetor motorcycles. The inclusion of other software also allows us to utilize custom maps for nearly any make and model motorcycle.

Power Run

All motorcycles have an optimum (stoichiometric) air/fuel ratio for producing maximum power and torque. Factors such as emissions regulations, after market exhausts and air filters can alter your motorcycles fuel/air ratio resulting in loss of power and poor or nagging throttle response

A power run on our dyno consists of the motorcycle being warmed up then performing a number of runs to record the torque and power curve profile of the bike and a detailed air/fuel analysis to highlight any part of the rev range where the bike might be running too rich or too lean.

Bespoke Tuning / Jet Kit Setup

In addition to fuel injection mapping we can further improve the performance of your motorcycle by adding a DynoJet ignition module to alter the ignition timing

Carburetor motorcycles can be tested and improved on the dyno; however for best overall performance we would usually recommend the fitting a DynoJet jetting kit, speak to our staff for more details.
